I’m Nicholas—a creative, a builder, and a storyteller who tends to live life with both hands in the work.
My story doesn’t fit into a neat timeline. I’ve gone from hospital rooms and dialysis chairs to kitchens, workshops, studios, and stages. I’ve survived years of dialysis, undergone two kidney transplants, and started over more times than most people ever plan to. “Easy” has never really been on the table. Instead, I’ve learned how to turn hard seasons into raw material for something meaningful.
Right now, baking is the chapter I’m in: artisan breads, plated desserts, and a growing bakery universe that blurs the line between real life and cozy fantasy. But it’s only one thread. I’ve spent years in event production, branding and design, photography and video, audio storytelling, fabrication, and construction. I’m just as comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud as I am with a sheet pan, a camera, or a welder.
Across all of that, one thing has stayed constant: I don’t create just to make “stuff.” I create to make connection—to give people something to talk about, gather around, remember, and return to. Every project is a small crossroads where story, craft, and community meet.
Whether I’m crafting a loaf of bread, designing visual identities, producing a podcast, or building out the lore of a new world, my goal is simple:
to leave behind work that feels lived-in, honest, and enduring—work that reminds people their story isn’t over yet, either.
